The Iowa United Nations Association relies on the generous help of volunteers.  

We are currently looking for volunteers to help us with:

Advocacy

Write and call our elected representatives on a regular basis.

​

Programming

Develop and implement educational, advocacy, and fundraising events throughout the State around core topics.

​

Statewide Collaboration

Establish relationships between Iowa UNA and like-minded organizations and groups around the State. Explore and implement collaborative programming.

Media Relations

Create a statewide media contact list – print, TV, and radio. Establish relationships with those contacts. Write press releases, letters to the editor, op-ed, and other pieces.

Contribute to our Twitter feed by tweeting and re-tweeting.
